|Your personal background.|
|I was an AF brat. I've lived in Germany, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Arizona and Tennessee.|
I am married and for twenty-six years I had the most beautiful person in my life. My daughter, we were best friends; she was a part of my soul and when she died the best part of me went with her.
She died on Christmas Eve in 2005, I guess God needed/wanted his angel back. People are tired of me talking about her, they've moved on and want me to do the same. I can't; she was my world and when she left all my hopes and dreams (hers too) were gone.
I'm also a retired nurse. I worked in mental health and one of the very sad statistics is that it take an average of ten years to diagnose bipolar depression. During this time people are treated with the wrong drugs that can send them spiraling into either a manic or depressive state; it can also make them feel so hopeless that they kill themselves.
When I started looking at projects I was hoping to find one that was trying to find keys to all mental illnesses in people brains and maybe find a way to help them. There are no projects for this, but there are many good projects that are being researched. Maybe in the future, someone will fund a project for mental illness research.
I loves music, I like to read and I read or watch TV while the computer is running projects.
