I've got a few of these. They each came in with 6 hour deadlines and not the five hour deadline you suggested was standard.

Yes, but some of these apps haven't run in years. I suspect some, perhaps even most, have never been run.
BitcoinUtopia has had at least 103 apps but it only lists the active apps. Thank goodness.
Would it be too much to retire an app if it hasn't run in the last 30 days?
Also, I think one group is for regular and the other for multicore tasks. Could we at least have some idea which is which?

They should all be at 5 day tasks now.

on Update, error log contains:

Also, I extended the deadline for the work units yesterday, so there may have been some shorter ones in the queue yet to get out, but other than that the rest should have a longer deadline now.
