Could we expect any WU's in the near future? I have 5 systems eager for more MM work.

When all status lights are green we would like to think there should be work available. Change an appropiate symbol to RED if there is a glitch somewhere!

I have copied and replaced all of the operational files from 2 of my other working boxes as well as over-copying the files I was sent in the Zip file. It worked in the other 2 boxes but not the 3rd. I will reset the project again and put the new files in the project folder. I will get back here later.

More detailed help needed with files stuck in the "downloading" mode. Obviously there is more wrong than just bad files here. Why not ask for help from an outside source to solve this problem.
5) Questions and Answers : Web site : Help or Support from MM staff (Message 1376)

A lack of help and no responses to posts are the norm here. Why? You want us to run your work but don't bother to respond to forum posts. A response of some kind would be better than none at all.

You sent me the zip file and it worked in 2 of 3 boxes having a problem. My Q6700 Quad core Box still will not restart and Download MM WU's right. I even copied the 4 files from my other XP Pro box and installed them into this boxes MM folder to no avail. Here is where I put the 4 files in XP Pro: C:/Docs&Settings/All Users/Application Data/BOINC/ProjectsMM.org_beta.
Any other suggestions?

Acording to the website there should be Mega Work in this job. So where is it? The server says "O" "WU's to send. MM is our Project of the Month at BOINC Synergy this month and there is no work all of a sudden.

Even now when you send these 3 files with the downloads they will not DL. They show in the "Transfer" tab awaiting DL in the RETRY mode. Just RESET MM project again to no avail.

Please email me the files when you are able/have time. Thank you for your help with this matter. I hope that this resolves the problem. If you want to remote to my aflicted box I am willing to allow it. The only thing on the box is BOINC projects and info. Running Intel E6420 C2D CPU OC to 2.8 GHz W/ 2GB DDR3 RAM on a Win XP Pro 32bit platform.

I tried reaching your website on all 5 of my boxes 6-7 times without success; both links. Part of the problem seems to be at your end as I can reach any other link on any other project website on any of my boxes at will.

I have this same issue on 2 of my 5 boxes, with 12-15 MM WU's downloading on each box since yesterday. I DLed the latest VER of BOINC, Detached from MM and rejoined. I get new WU's doing the same thing. We, BOINC SYNERGY are about to start MM as our Project of the Month (POTM) so I really need to resolve this if possible. My messages look the same as BlkJack-21's. One thing I noticed is that the MM "Properties" show that the priority to get and the priority to process WU's are both "0". Is there any way to change that manually?

I just added 2 of my 5 boxes to crunching MM; been waiting for the WU's to stop "Downloading" for 27 hours now on one box and can't get any work on the 2nd box. Just DLed the latest Ver of BOINC and reattachecd to MM, still no luck!

Change 1: As I was writing this the box corrected itself and has begun DLing WU's. Still have to check the E6700 Box yet.

Same as Message 905 - Posted 11 Aug 2008 21:38:57 UTC, No Response as of yet!

I have a problem with my INTEL C2Q Box, running VISTA x64. I loaded the Patch successfully the 1st time I was running MM on the box. I have had to reinstall everything since, and now can not get MM working again. All MM WU's error out as "computation error" within 1 minute. I downloaded and applied the patch like last time without any effect this time. I did notice that the files in the patch I got here are the same file versions that came with the download I did this past Friday (8-8-08). Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Joe B

Just to let people know, I tried a patched version of sbcl for Jack with successful results on a Windows Vista Ultimate machine (32-bit, Core2 Duo T7300 @ 2.0 GHz.) Hoping this will be of use in getting out the next version soon.

I just attached this C2Q, Vista Home Premium x64 box, on Fri, 5-9. All wu\'s error out still. Do I need to replace the LISP file?

My C2D & my 3.4GhzP4W/HT boxes both crunch fine. 100% of the wu\'s crash on my Q9450 Quad Core Box I added Fri nite. Where can I get a copy of the LISP file. Where do I find it in the project folder to replace it? Joe B.
