when I run MindModeling@Beta all the tasks will run a second or two then says it has a computational error. This has happened with about a dozen tasks with two updats. I'm running the up to date boinc manager on linux mint using wine on a gateway 838GM 1.4GB ram P4 CPU, could the wine be the problem?

Why are you running wine? I have no problem running MindModeling or BOINC natively under Linux

boinc wouldn't load after install and I didn't want to mess with it, SETI@home works perfectly.
