I am actually getting 2 errors, see the red hilited lines in excerpt from stdoutae.txt below.

The first error (exceeded disk limit) can\'t be correct because KInfoCenter says that partition has over 11.6 GB free and BOINC preferences are:

Use at most 3 GB disk space
Leave at least 4 GB disk space free
Use at most 50% of total disk space
Use at most 90% of page file

hmm that is no good
I will do some testing and try to get a new 265 version out tommorrow [there seems to be an infinite loop or something because that file is WAY larger than expected. Would it be possible for you to head -n 100 and tail -n 100 the huge result file and post it?

I could do that but the result uploaded already. I\'ve been trying to dl more work to get another result that exceeds the size limit but all work units fail the MD5 check. Will try again tomorrow.

Just a hint as things like those tend to come unexpected.

Different from FTP, which usually has only a preconfigured session time limit, HTTP uploads are often size limited in the default Apache configuration.

Afaik. Apache comes with an 8MB upload limit. This can be increased but 8MB is default.

When the project goes productive, you might have to change the HTTP upload directory as well or increase the size of the /tmp filesystem (if you haven\'t done that already).

OK, got one to dl with no MD5 check error and produce the \"output file exceeds size limit error\". Stdoutdae.txt has this to say about that task, note I suspended network activity when the task started crunching hoping to prevent uploading/reporting and subsequent deletion of any files useful for debugging.

I did find .../BOINC/projects/mindmodeling.org_beta/PRP_Test4-2-0.21_1201757943 but I doubt that\'s the one you want, probably just the work unit itself, listed in its entirety here anyway just in case it helps.

Where are the result files kept? Do they get deleted immediately if the task errors?

I am not sure
Thanks for sending what you did. The showed the the new workunits that are being sent out are good and therefore the 2.64 bug isn\'t related to receiving bad workunits but instead a problem in the code itself.
Hopefully I will have this fixed today.

Just to add, I am getting the above error on my Ubuntu 64 box, running another on 32 bit Sabayon and it won\'t even start W/U\'s. Boinc Manager shows as running, but no CPU time and System monitor shows computer using no CPU power

if there is a file in the projects/MindModeling.org_beta directory called
preparing-*

delete it

It may allow things to function after that
Also 2.65 is available -- you could try reseting the project
Good Luck
I will be away for a few days. I will be sure to check on this when I return.
