More detailed help needed with files stuck in the "downloading" mode. Obviously there is more wrong than just bad files here. Why not ask for help from an outside source to solve this problem.

Sounds like you're getting stuck in a perpetual deadlock. Look for any 0 byte files in the program folder where the work units should be and delete them. Restart the Boinc client and see if it start to transfer the whole file.

I have copied and replaced all of the operational files from 2 of my other working boxes as well as over-copying the files I was sent in the Zip file. It worked in the other 2 boxes but not the 3rd. I will reset the project again and put the new files in the project folder. I will get back here later.
