Hello,

I keep receiving an error message saying "computation error" each time I download new packets. Is this a known issue, and is there a way to resolve it?

Hey Paul,
Thanks for letting us know. Is there anyway you can give me more information such a work unit number. That would help me a lot in troubleshooting your issue. We do have a job that was causing some errors and has since been stopped but I am not sure if that is related to your issue or not.

Thanks for supporting us,

Brandon

I'm able to download files again, and I'm still receiving computation errors...there's about 16 files that all failed.
