Something is not running correctly on your system as you know. No data files are returning which is to be expected in a 10s run :)
Can you do this for me?
1. Reset Project
2. Open C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\projects\\MindModeling.org_beta\\
3. Delete everything that is there and then update
4. If you are still getting 10s WU - Please try the following and let me know the result:
4a. open cmd.exe
4b. cd C:\\Program Files\\BOINC\\projects\\MindModeling.org_beta\\sbcl1.0.13
4c. mm_sbcl --core sbcl.core
let me know what it says -- we may be having a RAM issue

I am updating our validator next week and to make sure these type of results are flagged as invalid so that it does not mess will other peoples credit claims.
Not to mention ensure that the results we get are actually valid :) without having to resubmit the WUs.

Good! Things are working how they should.
This is a glitch not unique to your system. Let me explain what is happening.
In the PRP Job there are 10 different runs that will be done, each taking equal amount of time.
The estimate for how long a run will time in seconds is not exact. Therefore the first run can miss the mark a bit and get to 9% quickly but jump around before finally reaching 10%.
After the first run is done you will be at 10% and the exact amount of time is then known for a run on your system; therefore the percent complete is MUCH more acurate from then on.
