After a long absence some jobs downloaded.

Unfortunately all are giving a Computation error.

So I stopped that for the moment until I hear back.

We found the issue with the windows python app.

We had a problem related to the directory structure of the app itself.

We should have the new app ready to go tomorrow.

Thanks again for letting us know.

Sorry the download is giving you guys issues

I would try detaching and reattaching to the project to see if that fixes it for you.

We will take a look at this and we will message back as soon as we have more information.

Alright guys,

We redeployed out the python app earlier today, which fixed python for windows unfortunately due to permissions issue it broke it for linux.

We have now redeployed python app again which should now fix the linux python app.

I will continue to watch, but let me know if you guys run into any more issues.

Happy Crunching,

Brandon

I'm also wondering if maybe it was an old workunit.

Can you send me a link to one of the failed work units.

Hey Dean,

I took a look at the errors you were getting and the python app is failing to import IGTsim.

Check the permissions on the directory the workunit is located in as well as IGTsim to see if that is the issue?

Thanks for your support and happy crunching,

Brandon

Hi Dean,

Can you tell me what the contents are of one of your active workunit folders is.

Hopefully, with knowing what you do and don't have what a workunit is running we can attempt to figure this out.

I also sent you a private message a few weeks ago, let me know if you got it.

Best,

Brandon
