I see that there is a new app released today. I am trying it out now.

It has been running for over an hour now. No time shows under \"CPU time\". The \"Progress column shows 0.045%, and is not moving. MenuMaters is showing that particular core is at only 50%. I did get the following error message, but only once this time:

Thu Feb 7 08:36:25 2008|MindModeling@Beta|Starting PRP_Test4-2-0.17_1.12_1.49_0.015_1202230936_0

In summary, it doesn\'t look like it is running properly, if at all.

Can you post an ls -l of your projects directory?

Man! -- I see the problem.
Will be fixed soon

Currently with 2.77 you can go to the Library/Application Support/BOINC Data/projects/MindModeling.org_beta/ directory and
ln -s sbcl1.0.9-darwin sbcl1.0.9
and then
rm preparing-actr*

and then it will work
2.78 will fix this

Fix for 2.67 didn\'t work, changed permissions for boinc client, 2.68 seems to be running fine will let you know when it finishes a unit. So far unit complete % is going up but boinc manager is showing no cpu time completed. Time to completion is dropping. Have had this on other projects where mac doesn\'t show cpu time until unit finishes so nothing to worry about just yet

No mac is reporting 0 sec for w/u\'s therefore claiming 0 credit. W/U\'s run ok and seem to take the correct amount of time to complete, and are reported as successful. Have set to no new tasks but will complete current batch as results seem to be valid. Probably don\'t mind getting no credits for the Mac w/us but it will screw with others credits also

Honestly - I am a little dumbfounded right now about this.

The source virtually identical to the linux version.
The linux returns credit the mac does not.
The Mac however processes everything perfectly returns data that can be validated other than that.

I hope to figure this out next week. Unfortunately I can only work on this issue at work and not on the weekends since I don\'t own a Mac -- yet.

Thanks for the update.

FWIW, I have seen this problem on several projects, and they all solved them eventually. Perhaps they might have some advice to save you time hunting? The one that springs to mind is yoyo@home.

I see that v3 for Win will be released soon. Does that mean there will also be a v3 for OSX? Do you have the solution to the 0 sec -> 0 claimed problem?

All v3 apps will be released together -- hopefully nex week.
v3 changes the stucture of workunits on the serverside so I have to update Linux and Mac at the same time.

I am not sure is Mac v3 will have the credit issue resolved yet.
